About

Anna Lovely

Anna Lovely trained at Camberwell School of Arts in fine art painting then continued as a postgraduate student at the Royal Academy Schools.

As a practicing artist and experienced tutor, Anna draws on a rich association with fellow artists with whom she has studied, exhibited and taught.

The Lovely family includes 3 generations of practising artists, Anna’s father Patrick Lovely and Anna’s daughter Bonnie Lovely all who Studied at Camberwell School of Arts.

The Gallery

We are an artist led gallery, exhibiting well established and up and coming artists.

We are open to a variety of media and ideas. The emphasis will be on painting, drawing, sculpture and print-making.

We are open to looking at new artists and it is also possible to hire the gallery space.

We are a commercial gallery and have involved ourselves in the local community, for the Sydenham Arts Festivals and we have shown over a 100 pieces of work in our Summer open exhibition, exhibiting local artists. We have provided an exhibition space for 6th form students from local schools and help with Portfolio building for young people applying for Art School.

Art Classes

Alongside Exhibitions there is a regular program of Painting, drawing and Printmaking Classes and Life drawing groups.

Exhibiting Artists also Facilitate workshops and talks during their Exhibitions.

Pop Ups

We have hosted a number of Pop-up meals and events in our beautiful Gallery space and Garden.
